The following has been developed to explain exactly what to expect and answer some of the questions you might have. If you have any other concerns, please contact the practice by phone or email prior to attending your first appointment.

What should I wear?
In order to examine you effectively, it may be necessary for your osteopath to ask you to remove some clothing as appropriate for the condition. Sometimes this might mean undressing down to your underwear.
If you are uncomfortable with this, please make your osteopath aware of how you feel and discuss whether it might be appropriate for them to treat you whilst you wear shorts and a t-shirt.
Due to infection controls we are unable to provide blankets or covers so you may like to bring a small cover with you.
Fees
- Initial Consultation (45 Minutes) £60
- Subsequent Consultation (30 Minutes) £50
** CANCELLATION POLICY – All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in a full fee payment. Thank you for your understanding.
£5 discount to all patients who are over-65, as well as members of Welwyn RFC and Garden City Runners.
Orthotics £250 – 300
We are registered with all major healthcare insurers including AXA PPP and BUPA. We always recommend you speak to your insurer first before your first appointment, if you are planning to claim for your treatment. They will normally give you an authorisation number, please bring it with you to your appointment.
